Solo-Evolving (“the App”) is a gamified self-improvement application designed to help users improve fitness, career skills, discipline, and personal consistency through structured daily tasks.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to provide core app functionality.

a. Personal Information

• Email address (used for account creation and authentication, including via Google or Apple login if you choose to use those options)

b. App Activity Data

• Quest progress, task completion, XP, levels, stats, streaks, and inventory

c. Device & Technical Data

• Device type, OS version, app version, crash logs

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used to operate the app, generate quests, track progression, enforce game mechanics, and improve stability. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the app.

3. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored securely using industry-standard cloud infrastructure and encrypted in transit.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties. Data is only processed by trusted services required for app functionality (such as authentication and cloud storage providers).

5. User Control & Data Deletion

In-app deletion: You can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly from within the app:
1. Open the Solo-Evolving app.
2. Go to the Settings screen.
3. Tap “Delete Account” and confirm.
Your account and all data will be deleted immediately and cannot be recovered.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all personal data is permanently erased from our systems.

7. Children’s Privacy

This app is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

This policy may be updated. Changes will be reflected on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
